Terms of Service

AnchoSpot accepts a target website, anchor text, and destination URL, then searches the target site, ranks candidate pages by relevance, and generates a suggested placement and outreach copy. Results are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee that a placement will be accepted by any third-party website.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Run checks against websites you do not have permission to analyze or contact for placement.
• Submit anchor text or destination links promoting illegal goods, malware, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service's infrastructure beyond normal use.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions through automated or fraudulent means.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by AnchoSpot and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

You retain ownership of the target URLs, anchor text, and destination links you submit, and grant us a limited license to process that input solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any URLs, anchor text, or outreach copy you submit or send using results generated by the Service. AnchoSpot does not review submitted content for accuracy before it is used in outreach.

The Service returns pages and content from third-party websites that we do not control. We make no representations about the accuracy, availability, or suitability of that third-party content, and your interactions with those websites are solely between you and the site owner.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PLACEMENT SUGGESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY THIRD PARTY OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANCHOSPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold AnchoSpot harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnchoSpot is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
